2. Warping process:

4. Threading process:
Warp threading machine: Thread each warp yarn on the warp shaft into the heald and steel reed in a certain order according to the process design requirements, and insert stop pieces on the warp yarn to ensure that the weaving process is smooth.
5. Weaving process:
Shuttle weaving machine: The warp beam is passed through the shuttle weft guide yarn on the shuttle weaving machine, interwoven into grey fabric according to the process requirements, and wound into fabric rolls.
