1、 Main equipment and tasks of the spinning process:

1. Cotton cleaning process: Remove most impurities, defects, and short fibers that are not suitable for spinning from the raw cotton.

2. Carding machine: The cotton rolls from the cleaning process are processed through processes such as take-up rollers, cylinder covers, and doffers.

Sort, remove impurities, and mix them into cotton slivers and put them into the cylinder.

3. Combing process:

1) Remove impurities: Remove neps, impurities, and fiber defects from the fibers.

2) Sorting: Further separate fibers and exclude short fibers of a certain length or less.

3) Draft: Stretch the cotton sliver to a certain thickness and increase the parallel straightness of the fibers.

4. Drawing process:
